All new fundraisers joining us receive 3 days of classroom and practical training specifically tailored to your campaign, focussing on you, our client, compliance and best fundraising practice in line with IoF guidelines and policy.
We understand the importance of being great ambassadors for your charity, so fundraisers are supported by ongoing one to one in-field coaching and mentoring, and further training if necessary, to ensure all meet our exacting standards.
Our aim is to create an enthused, committed long term donor so we ensure our fundraisers have the necessary skills to engage with confidence, communicate effectively, are compliant and a passionate advocate for your campaign.
Our commercial proposition is simple.
We provide a straightforward cost-per-acquisition (CPA) model with no hidden costs with the security of an agreed attrition guarantee.
Should new materials be required, the cost of design and creation of, for example, stands, banners, gazebos, would be discussed and agreed beforehand. You have oversight and control of the design and production and we can introduce you to our creative and fulfilment partners who will work closely with you to ensure projects are delivered on brand, on budget and to your brief.
